It's spring, the tulips and lilacs are out, the sun is (intermittently) in the sky - it's the perfect time to wander along to Kew Gardens anyway, but if you needed any extra motivation, how about an enormous vegetable garden of bouncy rubber carrots?

Tiny Games funded on Kickstarter!

We're delighted to announce that Tiny Games is, as the time of writing, sitting at around £28.5k funding on Kickstarter with about 22 hours to go. So, barring some kind of concerted campaign to remove hundreds of pledges before time, it looks like we made it!

Tiny Celebrity Game Designers

If you've been following our Kickstarter you may have read the bit where we mention celebrity game designers. You probably read it fast, though, because there was so much else to look at. You definitely didn't stop and think hard about it, because if you did, your brain would have exploded a bit, which we know to be a fact because we just tried it and zpppftllmb.

Here's why. Literally in no particular order, these are the people contributing new, unique, unpredictable, wonderful games that YOU will get to play if you back the project at any tier.

So, we're halfway through our Kickstarter campaign - and we've raised about half the amount we need to make Tiny Games happen. We're excited, and nervous, and excited, and did we mention nervous and excited?

Hunted gowks and April fish

We have no grand trick to play on you this April morning. We could have unveiled Tiny Games For Dentists (bonus points if your patient’s still conscious!) or announced Hide&Seek’s acquisition as a new division of Blackwater, but we’ve dedicated our energies instead to coming up with a couple of games you can play today, [...]

Tiny Games for Tabletops

So, today is International Tabletop Day a day when we’re all encouraged to head out into public and play a tabletop game. Obviously this is something very close to our hearts, but we wanted to give a it a little dash of Tiny Games flavour. We could make Tiny Games to be played on tabletops, [...]

Tiny Games: the Easter Egg Hunt Version

Picture by Quichot Easter egg hunts are amazing – but they do tend to be pretty consistent from year-to-year. Someone gets some eggs; they hide them around the place; someone else hunts. In the classic version, you get to keep the eggs you find, but in the “fair” version (that is, the “pandering to incompetent [...]

We're in the middle of a Kickstarter for our Tiny Games App (BACK US, IT WILL BE AMAZING), and it's Easter weekend, so we were going to design some Tiny Games for Easter - but when we began coming up with ideas, we kept getting distracted by all the quick, fun, silly, gorgeous Easter games that already exist. So instead, here's some Easter games in the spirit of the Tiny Games project, but with a lineage that's sometimes hundreds of years old - and a lot more eggs.
