Would Anyone Miss You?

Hide&Seek are delighted to announce that we’ll be running a new live game at SXSW in Austin this week, from the 10th to the 14th of March.

It’s called Would Anyone Miss You, and it’s inspired by our previous project, Dreams Of Your Life, an interactive piece designed as a response to Carol Morley’s Dreams Of A Life, both of which are featuring at the festival.

It’s a game designed to give you experiences you may not have had at SXSW before, with people you may not have met at SXSW before. To play it, you’ll need to find a sticker sheet. Take a good look at the image above: find someone at the event wearing a T-shirt that matches, and they can get you started. Outside the west entrance to the ACC would be a good place to look.

And if you don’t find a sheet, don’t be surprised if you meet someone who has. Interesting events may unfold.

For now, your best bet is to follow @wamygame to hear more.

This is a real-world based game, so it’ll only be playable by people actually at the event. If you’re not at SXSW, keep an eye on #wamy. Some interesting things should unfold there, too.

If you are at the festival, then you might also want to come along to the session on Dreams Of Your Life, or catch a screening of the film. See you there!
